The ROC curve analysis for the diagnostic values of mTGF-ß1on CD4 + CD25 + CD127- Tregs in discriminating HCC patients from healthy subjects. ROC curve identified an optimal cutoff value of ≥ 13.5 for mTGF-ß1on CD4 + CD25 + CD127- Tregs to discriminate HCC patients from healthy subjects. The area under curve (AUC) is 0.71 Sensitivity and specificity are 54% and 87%, respectively
