  1. This table shows no statistically significant difference between the studied groups before treatment as regard fasting blood sugar. Yet as regard Pre-treatment fasting insulin, HOMA IR & resistin, they were found to be statistically significantly higher in naïve and relapse groups in comparison to control group with P-value <0.001, and fasting insulin, HOMA IR were higher in naïve group in comparison to Relapsers with P-value <0.001
