Pathway analysis of the inter-protein interactions of the differentially expressed proteins associated with oxidative stress protection in the liver of the supplemented rabbits using Cluego App of the Cytoscape 8.3.1. The pathway analysis showed that the specific oxidative stress protection were the functions of these proteins where they function in oxidoreductase activity, acting on peroxide as acceptor, intracellular antioxidant activity, cellular oxidant detoxification, hydrogen peroxide metabolic process, cellular detoxification, interleukin-12 mediated pathways and response to interleukin-12. The supplemented group were provided with 500 mg Chlorella vulgaris biomass per kg body weight daily throughout the experimental period
