  1. This table shows that the sensitivity and specificity of AFP in HCC patients (84.8% and 85%, respectively) and in the cirrhotic group (62.2% and 75% respectively). The PPV and NPV in the HCC group are 90.3% and 77.3%, respectively, and 82.1% and 51.7%, respectively, in the cirrhotic group
